The PACE Patio Parties are held on the West Patio. These free events are open on a first come, first served basis and space is usually limited to the first 200 people. Be sure to bring a picnic dinner and lawn chairs or blankets or purchase snacks, beverages, and alcoholic drinks from vendors.
Relax with your snacks and drinks as the sun begins to set and get ready for a great show. The main event starts at 6 p.m. with a free concert from Jeff Brinkman, a local singer/songwriter who achieved nationwide fame when he competed on the X Factor during the show’s third season. Brinkman’s voice has been compared to the likes of Joe Cocker, Ben Harper, and Ray LaMontagne, while his performances have been described as spiritual and deeply personal, inviting audience members to go on a journey through the most vulnerable parts of the self as he explores universal themes like love, home, regret, and holding on to hope despite loss.
Jeff Brinkman was born and bred in Iowa but migrated west to Colorado to pursue his musical aspirations full time. Although it was his rendition of Joe Cocker’s “You Are So Beautiful” that grabbed the attention of X Factor judges Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio as well as millions of captivated viewers, Brinkman is a songwriter who started playing guitar at the age of 7. His songs are genuine and always deeply felt; they’ve been informed by his life experiences since the loss of his mother to cancer at the age of 10 inspired him to write his first song.
