Located just to the northeast of the city center of Castle Rock, the Terrain subdivision is set inside of a valley right off of Founders Parkway. Its ideal location right off of Highway 86 lends itself to quick trips to downtown Castle Rock and the surrounding communities.

Open exclusively to residents, this large pool, patio, and indoor club area’s design is integrated with the surrounding indigenous vegetation and beautiful views.
