Condos are available for rent starting at less than $1000 a month for a studio with all utilities included. Condos for purchase are usually less than $200,000 for a 2-bedroom, 2-to-3-bath property with between 1,100 and 1,400 square feet of living space. Many of these condos were constructed in the 2000s.
