With two new home construction projects in process, The Canyons development and the Castle Pines Valley development, Castle Pines CO is expected to double in size.

The Timeline

Construction on this master-planned community, which is happening in phases, is expected to last approximately three years. Road improvements are a priority and began in 2016. Projects consist of the following:

  • Re-aligning Lagae Road
  • Construction of a roundabout at Lagae Road and Mira Vista Lane
  • Widening Mira Vista Lane to three lanes
  • Extension of Monarch Blvd
  • New access to Gate 5 at Castle Pines Village

According to information published by the City of Castle Pines, the following is the tentative schedule for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Castle Pines Valley construction project:
